Contact enquiries
When secure form delivery is active and you submit the contact form, brivellis receives the name, organization, work email, priority, timing, and message you provide. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting business conversation, protect the form from abuse, and maintain reasonable business records.
The website hosting provider processes the request, Cloudflare Turnstile performs an anti-bot check, the transactional email provider delivers the enquiry, and Google Workspace receives it in the brivellis mailbox. These providers process limited technical or message information as needed to provide and secure their services. Contact information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations.
Browser-based tools
The readiness assessment, initiative prioritizer, and public AI guide preview operate in your browser. The site does not transmit or store the information you enter into those experiences. Where a feature creates a copy-ready brief or printable result, it remains on your device unless you choose to share it. If secure contact delivery is unavailable, the consultation brief also remains on your device until you choose to share it.
Technical information
The hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser details, request time, anti-abuse results, and security logs. brivellis does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Downloads and external services
When you download a resource, your browser and the hosting platform process the request. If you choose to contact brivellis through an external email, messaging, scheduling, or social platform, that provider's privacy terms will also apply.
Your choices
Do not submit passwords, confidential credentials, regulated data, or sensitive personal information through the website. You can use the public content without registration. You may contact brivellis to ask about, correct, or request deletion of contact information, subject to applicable legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
