Privacy notice

This notice explains how the Brivellis public website handles information.

Who we are

The data controller for this website is Brivellis Technologies FZE LLC, BC-894147, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. This notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

What we don't collect

This website has no accounts, no email list and no tracking cookies. It does not use newsletter sign-ups or any other data-collection form.

Contact by email

You can contact us by email only, using a mailto: link; the site does not send your message through any third-party email service. If you email [email protected], we receive whatever information you choose to include. Our mailbox is hosted on Google Workspace, so email is stored on Google's servers, which may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. We use your message only to reply to you, and delete enquiry emails within 24 months unless we need them longer for a legal reason.

Free tools and the AI guide

The Technology Readiness Check, Initiative Prioritizer, and the public AI guide preview all run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into these tools is transmitted to or stored by Brivellis.

The Brivellis Briefing newsletter

The Brivellis Briefing is delivered through LinkedIn's company-page newsletter feature and by RSS feed. We do not operate a newsletter sign-up form and do not collect email addresses for this purpose. If you follow the Briefing on LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies to that platform.

Analytics

We use Umami Cloud, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and campaign (UTM) visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not build profiles, and we cannot identify individual visitors. Data is processed by Umami Cloud under its privacy policy. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Umami does not count your visit.

To count which channel a kit or PDF download came from (for example YouTube or LinkedIn), the site notes where your visit started, such as the campaign tag of the link you followed, in your browser tab's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab. Only that channel name, the kit or file and the page are sent to Umami with the download count; nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

We do not set cookies. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. These are not used for tracking.

Third parties you may interact with

These providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, when you use the site or follow a link to them, and may do so outside the United Arab Emirates. The social platforms are links only: this site does not embed their content or use their tracking pixels. Each provider's own policy applies.

Downloads

Whitepapers are served from this website. The SMS Starter Kit for ISO/IEC 20000-1 download is served from GitHub (github.com), which processes the technical data of that request, such as IP address, under its own privacy statement; Brivellis receives only an anonymous total download count. We do not track who downloads a given file.

Responsible AI

We use AI to help draft some content. A person reviews all AI-assisted content before it is published. The narration voice in our videos is synthetic. Our free kits include a guide to using AI with them safely. Anything you type into the on-site AI tools is not stored.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you've shared with us, or withdraw your consent, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws and regulations. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

This website is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Purchases

Brivellis does not currently sell any digital products. When we do, this notice will be updated with a Purchases section describing how payments are handled by our merchant of record.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
