Responsible AI Charter

How Brivellis uses AI, and how our free kits help you use it safely.

Version 1.0 · 21 October 2026

Why we publish this

AI makes it faster to draft governance documents, and easier to produce documents that look finished but are not true. Our kits are used to prepare for audits and certification, so the line between what AI drafted and what a person confirmed has to stay clear. This charter sets out where we draw that line.

Six principles

Human decides

For kit users. AI can draft a document, but a competent person in your organisation approves it.

Our commitment. A person at Brivellis reviews every AI-assisted kit, lesson and article before it is published.

Protect data

For kit users. Use a business AI account and keep personal and confidential data out of prompts.

Our commitment. Our tools run in your browser and we do not store what you type into them.

No invented evidence

For kit users. Records, minutes and metrics must come from what actually happened, never from a prompt.

Our commitment. Our prompts tell the model to leave gaps marked for you to fill, not to make evidence up.

Accuracy

For kit users. Check every clause reference and figure against your licensed copy of the standard.

Our commitment. We check kit content against the standards it references and correct errors when reported.

Transparency

For kit users. Record where AI helped, so an auditor can see how a document was produced.

Our commitment. We label AI-assisted kits and articles, and state on this page that course narration uses a synthetic voice.

Fairness and accessibility

For kit users. Review AI output for biased or exclusionary wording before it reaches your people.

Our commitment. We write in plain language and build pages to WCAG 2.2 AA.

How our kits apply it

  • Every kit includes guide 00a, a short guide to using AI with the kit safely.
  • The prompt packs are guardrailed: they keep personal data out and mark gaps instead of inventing content.
  • An AI-use log lets you record which documents AI helped with, and who reviewed them.
  • Templates record AI help in their document control or in the kit's AI-use log, so the record travels with the kit.

How Brivellis uses AI

We use AI to help draft kits, course scripts and articles. A person reviews and edits everything before it is published. Course narration uses a synthetic voice. AI-assisted articles say so. Anything you type into the AI tools on this site is not stored.

What informs this charter

This charter is informed by the OECD AI Principles. It is our own commitment; it is not a certification, and it does not imply endorsement by the OECD or any other body.
